What is Japandi?

Simply said, Japandi is a hybrid trend. This style takes the modern flair of Scandinavian design and combines it with the timeless elegance of a Japanese aesthetic to create a style that brings together the best of both worlds. It’s not hard to see why we have fallen in love with it!

We are currently only online but we do have a small sales area in Fettle, a restaurant in Leeds.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We aim to process and pack your order within 24 – 48 hours.

You will be able to see our up to date 2020 Royal Mail shipping options and costs at the checkout when placing your order.

Do You Ship Internationally?

International shipping options can be selected at checkout. Prices vary depending on destination.

There are no delivery time estimates available for international deliveries, but you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when your order has been dispatched.

Please be aware that international postal systems are being affected by the current situation and take this into account when you make your order.

How can I amend my order?

Email us as soon as possible at support@northome.co if you’d like to change your order. We will let you know if it is possible and any additional cost.

Can I Pre- Order an item if out of stock?

Send an email to info@northhome.co with the item you are interested in and we will get an estimated delivery for you and where possible reserve them.

How Can I cancel my Order?

Send us an email to support@northome.co as soon as possible and we will let you know if the change is possible and any cost involved.

How can I request a return and refund?

If you need to change or return your order for any reason, we are here to help you. Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product. Please contact us at support@northome.co  adding your order number.

What to do if my items arrive damaged?

Please inform us at support@northome.co  within 48 hours if a product you receive is damaged in any way. We will require photos of the packaging and the items concerned so that we can raise the issue with our delivery company.
